Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier, simply click on any items you wish to buy, click on 'Buy Now' and after you have finished your selection, click on 'Check Out', you will then be asked for the few details we need to satisfy the order.

Placing your order

By placing an order with inhouse-uk.com you warrant to us that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts

All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by e-mail. If we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you by email, telephone or post to inform you and resolve any issues for you. All items are subject to availability.

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction in your own currency.

Inhouse will not disclose buyer's information to third parties.

Prices and Payment

The prices for any goods will be as quoted on our Site. These prices include VAT. Delivery costs are not included.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is included in the price. All other orders are VAT free

Delivery

Our standard delivery charge of £3.95 applies to all purchases made online whatever the size.

This standard delivery charge applies to the UK Mainland only. All deliveries out with this should purchase the relevant air mail postage. Goods will not be sent out unless the correct world zone has been selected. If the item is expensive or above 1 kg in weight we will have to courier (for insurance purposes) the goods and we will notifie you of cost before proceeding with the order.

Delivery Address

Please let us know any special delivery instructions by email. You may wish to have your order delivery to your place of work or a more convenient address, however for security reasons the first order placed online at www.inhouse-uk.com can only be dispatched to the cardholder\'s registered billing address.

A signature is required on delivery of your order.

Dispatch Times

UK orders will be dispatched within 2-5 working days for items in stock.

Cancellation

If for any reason you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by emailing online@inhouse-uk.com. Please ensure that you mail us as soon as possible once you have decided to cancel. If we have already packaged and dispatched your goods before cancellation you will be responsible for paying for the goods to be returned to Inhouse. In this case, we would request that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, following the instructions within Refunds & Returns.

Amending your Order

If you wish to make any other changes to the order, such as delivery address or quantity of goods, please email online@inhouse-uk.com as soon as possible so that we can make the amendments before the order is dispatched.

Back Orders

If the product is out of stock at the time we receive your return; we will offer an alternative product or a refund. If you wish to wait until the item is back in stock, we will contact you with details of when you can expect delivery.

Refunds & Returns

You may return any product you have ordered from inhouse-uk.com within 14 days from receipt of delivery.

Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 3 working days of receipt.

Should the product be unsuitable or damaged in any way, simply fill out the return slip included with your order. Please indicate the reason for return, and whether you would prefer a replacement, exchange or a refund, and return the goods unused, in perfect condition with the original packaging intact, together with the returns slip.

Please remember that the parcel and the contents are your responsibility until they reach us. Our recommendation is that you send your parcel by registered post and that you retain proof of postage. The cost of returning goods is at your own expense.

All online refunds will be completed within 30 days of agreement. All refunds will be made according to the method of payment. We will only refund the delivery charges if your return is the result of an error made by inhouse-uk.com. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
